Terms of use

1. Who provides the service

MamboVita is a product of NOBRU DESENVOLVIMENTO E TECNOLOGIA LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 61.359.784/0001-33 (“MamboVita”). Contact: phone +55 (17) 3160-0999.

2. The service

MamboVita is a practice-management platform for physical therapy, rehabilitation and health professionals, used in the browser at app.mambovita.com. It includes scheduling, patient records, clinical notes, assessments, exercise programs, and team and permission management.

Features labelled “Coming soon” are not part of the service until they launch.

3. Account and access

Using MamboVita requires an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for actions taken with them.

Each organization has its own patients, members, roles and subscription. Whoever manages the organization decides who has access and with which role.

4. Trial period

Each organization gets a 14-day free trial with no credit card. To continue after the trial, you choose a plan and a payment method.

5. Plans, prices and billing

The plans are Individual and Team, billed per provider (seat). Front desk roles do not count as seats. Seats follow the organization’s active members and adjustments apply to the next invoice.

Available cycles are monthly, annual in 12 installments and annual upfront. The current price is [PRICE], billed in BRL. Payment is by card, Pix or bank slip, and an invoice is sent by email on every charge.

If a payment is not confirmed, the organization is notified in the app and access may be suspended until it is settled.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The rules are in the Cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Patient data

You are responsible for the patient data you record in MamboVita and for handling it under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD). MamboVita processes this data only to provide the service, with isolation between organizations, role-based permissions and an audit trail.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use MamboVita for unlawful purposes, try to access other organizations’ data or interfere with the service.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.

10. Venue

Disputes related to these terms are subject to the courts of [VENUE].
