1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how MamboVita processes the personal data of people who visit mambovita.com, people who request a demo through the site form, and people who use the platform at app.mambovita.com.

3. Demo request data

When you request a demo, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), your role, how many providers are on the team and, if you choose to say, how you run the routine today.

With the request we record the page language, the page it was sent from, the campaign parameters (UTM) in the address, the date and time of your consent and a cryptographic digest (SHA-256) of the browser identifier (user agent). We do not keep the original identifier or your IP address.

The email field at the top of the page is not stored by the site: it opens sign-up at app.mambovita.com with the email filled in.

4. What we use it for and on which legal basis

We use the request data to contact you by email or WhatsApp and schedule the demo. The processing is based on your consent, recorded with date and time when you tick the form checkbox.

5. Protection against automated submissions

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that the submission comes from a person. The check loads when the form approaches the visible area of the screen and runs in your browser; Cloudflare processes the technical data needed for it.

6. Audience measurement and cookies

The site sets no first-party cookies. When enabled, audience measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits and page performance without cookies. Other measurement tools will only be added with your prior consent.

7. Where data is kept and who it is shared with

The request is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare provides the site’s hosting, database, Turnstile check and audience measurement.

8. How long we keep it

9. Data in the MamboVita platform

People who use the platform provide their own account data, such as email and sign-in details, and record patient data. The organization that uses MamboVita is responsible for the patient data it records; MamboVita processes this data only to provide the service, under the Terms of use.

Each organization’s data is isolated from the others, access follows role-based permissions, and every creation, change, export and sensitive read is recorded in an audit trail with no clinical content in the log. Deletions are soft and terms acceptance is recorded. Card details are tokenized by the payment provider.
